Transfer to Shanghai Pudong International Airport for your departure. A deposit of 10% per person ($100) is required at the time of booking to secure your place on this tour. Full payment is due 60 days before departure. Cancellations more than 60 days prior receive a full refund minus the deposit. Between 30 and 60 days, 50% of the tour price is refunded. Cancellations within 30 days of departure are non-refundable. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance with cancellation cover.

Visa Requirements

US passport holders require a visa to enter China. We provide complete visa support documentation including a formal invitation letter, confirmed itinerary, and hotel vouchers. Please allow at least 4 to 6 weeks for visa processing. Visa application fees are payable directly to the Chinese embassy or consulate and are not included in the tour price. Travellers holding passports other than American should contact us for specific visa advice.

Health & Fitness

This tour involves walking on uneven terrain, stone pathways, and moderate inclines at Huangshan and other sites. The hiking on Huangshan involves stone steps and some steep sections. A reasonable level of general fitness and mobility is required. Please advise us of any medical conditions, dietary requirements, or mobility concerns at the time of booking so we can ensure your comfort and safety.

Single Traveller Supplement

Tour prices are based on twin-share accommodation. Single travellers may request a private room for a supplement of $420. If you are travelling alone and willing to share, we will attempt to match you with a same-sex roommate. If no roommate is available, the single supplement will apply. Please note that single rooms on Huangshan may be smaller than standard hotel rooms.
